If you want to dive deeper into your stream’s viewership and revenue trends, Twitch offers robust data reporting for you to better understand your stream. Even better, Twitch provides seamless export of your data which you can use for your own analysis.
Follow this simple guide to get your Twitch analytics export.
First, go to your creator dashboard by clicking on your profile.
In your creator dashboard drop down the “Insights” menu and select “Channel Analytics”
From here, you can view the data Twitch collects on your stream.
We’re interested in exporting your data though, so next is selecting the date range you want to export. Click the dates bar and choose your preferred start and ending date, then click update
You have the option to export your data by day, week, or month. For now, select to report by month from the drop-down menu.
With your date range selected and the view set to month, the final step is clicking the export button.
You should see a CSV file download with the name “Channel Analytics and Revenue by Month from (date range)”.
You can use any spreadsheet program to open and view this data, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and OpenOffice Calc.
With this file, you can keep your own archive of your Twitch data and manipulate the data for more advanced analytics of your stream.
